The reciprocal linkpage need to have minimum pr 1 may not have more than 40 outgoing links and the link page need to have more than 20 words.
The reciprocal linkpage need to be in the google search engine.
The reciprocal linkpage need to be not more than 4 clicks away from the homepage.
